The challenge was to launch both the Kia Sorento Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid, as well as the all-new Kia Carens in Vietnam during the Lunar New Year. In the midst of a crowded festive landscape with all brands vying for attention, Kia needed a strong message that resonates with the Vietnamese to break through the clutter while staying true to their audiences.
The Approach
By defining the role of Kia in the lives of Young Vietnamese within the culture, the creative strategy combines rich storytelling inspired by Vietnamese culture with the younger generation’s vision for the future.
